Returns
You can issue a return within 7 (seven) days* after receiving the order.
Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, factory labels, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. Return of used goods is impossible**.

Returns Procedure
1. Contact us by phone +7 (906) 770-91-19 or by email info@l-air.ru specifying your order number. We will send you a return form.
2. On a week day agreed specified with you, a courier will arrive to pick up the parcel.
3. Enclose the return form along with the items to be returned in a tight bag.
4. Processing and approval of the return in the warehouse will take from 1 to 4 working days.
5. After approval of the return, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 1 to 10 banking days. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your Bank and can take up to 30 banking days. Cash refunds are only possible in case of cash payment to the courier.
6. Refunds are made minus the amount paid for delivery when placing an order.***
7. The fee of returning an order purchased after trying on is 300 ₽.
